Income Partners and Polen Capital Announce Strategic Partnership

Hong Kong / Boca Raton – June 27, 2023 – Income Partners, an award-winning credit specialist in Asia, and Polen Capital (“Polen”), a global asset manager, today announced a strategic partnership, established through an investment by Polen in Income Partners.

The transaction will provide Income Partners with growth capital to support and accelerate its ongoing strategic initiatives and extend its global distribution reach. Upon the close of the transaction, there will be no change in Income Partners’ investment process, day-to-day management, or operations. Additional terms of the investment were not disclosed.
