Jeb Doggett

Jeb is Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for leading the development of the firm’s strategic plan, focusing on strategic initiatives for growth, infrastructure improvements, and product management. He will also collaborate on special projects with other firm leaders to enhance business value and drive long-term results that ultimately benefit our clients and enhance the sustainability of our firm. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2020 as Head of Corporate Strategy, Jeb was co-founder and partner at Casey Quirk (now part of Deloitte Consulting), where he spent over twenty-five years advising senior management of asset management firms on business strategy. Jeb received a B.A. in Computer Coordinate with English from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Jeb is a CFA^® charterholder.
